MISSION STATEMENT

“The mission of the YCCOA is to secure and advance officer safety, promote harmonious employee relations between Yolo County and the Association, establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences, the development of equitable salaries and working conditions, and where appropriate, pursue legislative and political objectives, consistent with the goals of YCCOA.”
